The Laboratory provides facilities to duplicate written materials that are related to the scientific mission of Fermilab. Documents to be duplicated can be mailed or brought in to the Duplicating Area. A duplicating requisition should be filled out for each request. This can be done when walking in jobs or from Duplicating Services Web Form.
    All requests will be completed within seven working days unless specified in writing and proper approval has been made. Rush requests are able to be accepted once duplicating staff obtains approval and arrangements are made for overtime chargeback.    Originals should be duplication ready including title sheets. You may electronically send your documents for duplication to our DocuTech¨ publishing system. Duplicating services provides some layout work. Duplicating services will complete requests that ask for less than 5,000 copies of one original or less than 25,000 copies of two or more originals per job. Capabilities Include

    One Sided Double Sided Copying, Stapling- Single, Double-any placement, Folding-Half, Double, Letter or Z fold, Spiral Binding, Velo Binding, Hole Punching and Paper Cutting.
    A Walk-Up Area is available for employees and users for moderate to low volume duplication jobs. Color copying is also available in the walk up area and is served electronically on the Laboratory Ethernet using the DC3535 Fiery Color Server ¨. Plain paper copies or transparencies are able to be made on a high quality 400 dpi color copier. Tiled enlargements are possible up to 400%.
